One person remains in hospital
Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Hayle.
At approximately 3:50pm on Wednesday 17 November, a collision occurred on Fore Street, Hayle, Cornwall between a Land Rover Discovery and a 19-year-old woman from Redruth.
As a result of the collision, the female pedestrian was conveyed to Derriford hospital with critical injuries.
Local officers as well as officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended the scene and the road was closed for several hours whilst a forensic examination of the collision scene was conducted.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team who attended are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the collision or have dash camera footage to contact police on 101@dc.police.uk, quoting the log number 526 of 17 November.
